Spotlight on Lighting Designer Kathy Kaufmann
A 20-year veteran of lighting for dance, Kathy Kaufmann was the winner of a 2004 Bessie Award for her body of work. She designed Gibney Dance Company’s first NYC production, and we are thrilled to welcome her back for an 11th collaboration. The above photo was taken of Kathy’s exquisite design for our 2009 production of View Partially Obstructed.
